Dispatch Times‍

Once your order has been placed and paid for in full, it will be dispatched via courier the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Estimates‍

Orders within Victoria are usually delivered within 3 business days while interstate deliveries can take up to 7 business days. The average delivery time for international orders is 12-25 business days. Please note that there may be an increase in delivery times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, public holidays, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to contact you in the event of an extended delay.

‍Shipping Costs‍

All orders are shipped via courier for express delivery. Within Australia, orders under $100 incur a $10 flat rate shipping charge, while orders over $100 ship for free. International delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may not include customs duties and taxes at your destination.
