Online Returns
Our products are designed to please even the most demanding swimmers and hold up under the harshest of training conditions. We give you 30 days to test your new items and, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any products for free within this period. Unused and unopened items in their original condition can be returned free within 60 days.
If your product matches this criteria and you would like to return it, please complete this return form and a team member will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that products ineligible for returns will be sent directly back to you. A refund or store credit will be issued once your items have been received, inspected and deemed to be in a saleable condition, unless the product is being returned as damaged or faulty. Once approved, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel our free returns offer at any time. Customers deemed to be submitting a high volume of refunds will also no longer be eligible for the free returns offer. Free returns are only available on Australian domestic orders. For international order returns, please get in touch to discuss your options.
Store Returns
All in-store, pop-up or event purchases must be returned to the place of purchase. We are not responsible for the returns policy of any store or 3rd party selling our products.
Incorrect Orders
If you have been sent an incorrect item or not received an item in your order, please get in touch and we will quickly remedy the situation.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please place an order for the new item you want and request a return for the item you no longer need.
Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to check the quality and integrity of all products before shipping. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of our products. Customers must follow the product care instructions found with each product.
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please complete this form to begin the returns process and provide as much detail as possible. We will email you once the item is received and inspected for faults. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to conduct the inspection after which we will contact you to discuss next steps.
